This simple tool creates a citation in the American Psychological Association 7th edition(APA7) format. Youtube is the only website this tool works for at this moment.

Note: Think about where you want the setup file stored on your computer and follow the steps below.

Step 1: Disable Antivirus Software (If Necessary)

Disable all antivirus software for 10 minutes; find your antivirus software and disable it(if necessary).

Step 2: Create A New Folder To Store Your File

Create a new folder

Step 3 Install Program

I created a folder called Testing for this example.

Click on the file entitled Yt_CiteV1.4.exe file and select the folder you created

Step 4: Double Click On YT_CiteV1.4

Click on the file Yt_CiteV1.4 in the folder, and the program will begin.

Step 5: Cut & Paste The Link Into The Program

Highlight the youtube video link, cut and paste it into the program, and press ENTER

You should get an APA7 citation in a text file titled "output.txt." the file will automatically be created.

The next update will include a date format change, so be on the lookout for that, and thank you for following.
